Print Preview
At the bottom of the Label Maker page, below the Designer and options, is the preview section

If your project has data in whichever Label Basis you currently have selected, you'll see a preview of each label the Basis would generate (plus duplicates, plus Manual Data Fields)

If your project doesn't have any data in the selected Label Basis, you'll see a preview of one sheet of labels, defined by your Label Template

The Labels and page layout should be almost exactly what you'll see when you actually print.

You can disable individual Labels by clicking on them. They will become faded with a red outline, indicating they will be skipped

Printing
Printing is down with your web browsers standard print feature, same as printing any other website.

Printing Background Colors
Most web browsers will not print background colors by default. To see fill colors in you labels, you'll need to turn on the option to print background colors. The option is usually located in your Print Dialog window, just before you actually print the page.

In Firefox for Windows, "Print backgrounds" is the very last option before the actual Print button

Web browsers compatibility
Some web browsers are better than others for printing. While this website is tested with most common browsers, it was designed with Firefox.

In terms of printing without strange bugs, Firefox is the best, then Microsoft Edge, then Chrome.

Safari, however, has many issues with this site and printing. We would recommend not using Safari

Printing to PDF
Both Windows and Mac have built in PDF printers, for creating PDFs instead of physically printing your Labels

In Windows, select the "Save to PDF" instead of your normal printer from the printer list

In Mac, click the "Save to PDF" button near the bottom of the Print Dialog
